In the afternoon, our representative will pick you up by jeep from your hotel at 2:00 p.m., marking the beginning of your New Year Desert Safari Tour. This special New Year package is designed to create cherished memories on the last day of the year in the heart of Rajasthan's royal desert.
Kuldhara Village: Your first stop is Kuldhara Village, an abandoned settlement dating back to the 13th century. As you walk through the heritage village, you'll encounter villagers who were once primarily farmers and craftsmen.
Camel Safari: Following your visit to Kuldhara Village, you'll be transported to the camping site. It's here that you'll experience the highlight of your tour – a camel safari on a specially designed, non-touristic route. This ride through the tranquil dunes offers an exceptional experience. Capture the breathtaking sunset over the desert with your cameras, and then arrive at the camping area.
Dinner Under the Stars: You'll be welcomed at the campsite with a traditional greeting and a refreshing drink. Then, the highlight of your tour begins as you participate in open area barbeque-style cooking.
This teamwork activity involves everyone and allows you to cook your meal just the way you like it. After a delightful dinner, relax under the starlit desert sky in your mobile camp for a peaceful night's sleep.
After a refreshing breakfast, you'll return to the guest house of Dune Trekking Safari. You'll have time to explore the city at your own pace and enjoy the sights of various monuments. However, don't forget to assemble at the Dune Trekking Safari office for your return to the dunes.
Return to the Dunes: Around 3 p.m., you'll return to the camping site near the dunes. You'll enjoy the scenic beauty of small abandoned villages, shrubs, and sparse vegetation as the sun begins to set, creating a truly exclusive experience.
New Year's Celebration: You'll arrive at the event location where a vibrant celebration awaits, complete with a traditional Rajasthani welcome. Enjoy mouthwatering refreshments and captivating musical performances, including folk dances, instrumental music, and puppet shows. The night becomes more engaging with the start of a DJ performance, featuring fusion music that will take you to another level.
Welcome to the New Year: As the clock strikes midnight, the sky above you will be adorned with bright fireworks, creating a breathtaking spectacle. This magical night continues with a gala dinner and an overnight stay in mobile camps at the event site.
Departure Day: The next morning, after breakfast, you'll be transferred back to Jaisalmer by jeep. You'll be dropped off at your preferred location in Jaisalmer, marking the end of this memorable tour.
