1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required non-refundable deposit and our written confirmation.
Full payment must be completed before the tour starts.
Any bank/transaction charges are borne by the customer.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation by Customer:
Deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation within 7 days of the tour: 100% charges apply.
No refunds for unused services or early departure.
Cancellation by Company:
We may cancel/postpone tours due to weather, safety issues, or insufficient bookings.
Customers may choose a full refund or reschedule.
We are not responsible for external losses (travel, hotel, flights, etc.).
3. Health, Safety & Insurance
All participants must be physically fit for desert activities.
You must disclose any medical conditions before booking.
Travel/medical insurance is strongly recommended.
You participate at your own risk, understanding that desert activities involve natural hazards.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Follow all instructions given by guides/staff.
Behave respectfully towards the environment, wildlife, and local communities.
Bring proper clothing, water, and personal essentials as instructed.
Carry valid ID documents.
5. Liability
Dune Trekking is not liable for:
Loss, damage, or theft of belongings,
Injuries arising from negligence, failure to follow instructions, or natural conditions,
Delays or changes caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.
You agree to indemnify the company against any claims arising from your actions during the tour.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events outside our control such as weather, natural disasters, political issues, or emergencies.
7. Photography & Media
By joining our tours, you allow us to use photos/videos taken during activities for promotional purposes.
8. Website Use
All content (text, images, logos) on www.dunetrekking.com belongs to Dune Trekking.
Copying, reproducing, or using any material without permission is prohibited.
9. Privacy
We collect basic information for booking and safety purposes.
We do not share or sell personal data except when necessary to operate the tour.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be handled in the Jaisalmer, Rajasthan jurisdiction.
11. Acceptance
